Like. How will Folami and Dominic go from hating and despising each other, to mutual respect and support? What's the relationship between Folami and each of her brothers (because it's different with Enitan than with Kayode and with Dayo)? How does the friendship between Dominic and Kayode look like? Or the one between Dominic and Roshan Rao? How will Erika's actions affect Enitan and the rest of the crew? How do Enitan and Ochra act around each other? So, so, so many questions...

Can't wait to answer them all! :D

Just finished Lost for the 9000th time and sobbed just as hard as I did the first time (I also watched the last like 6 episodes back to back and that was NOT a good idea). It really is the most perfect, beautiful show ever made. Goddamn. I am in shambles but still absolutely in awe of how incredible that was (even though, like I said, I’ve seen it more times than I can count). Greatest show of all time, no contest.

How you hug

Jonah Hauer-King

He's just a sweetheart. He'll hold out his arms, asking for a hug rather than just giving one because he doesn't want to make you feel uncomfortable in public.

And then when you return the hug, his arms will just wrap around you securely and he'll lightly caress your shoulder with his thumb.

He loves burying his face in the crook of your neck as well and just take in your scent.

And when you're alone, this man won't be able to keep his hands off you (respectfully and consentually, of course). No matter how or which position, he'll have you in his arms.

Tom Glynn-Carney

Tom puts his everything into hugs. While it can be a small hug sometimes, he usually likes to pick you up. Especially after he's been away for a while and you come to pick him up at the airport.

He'll pick you up with ease, his hands on your back (or a little lower) and your legs wrapped around him. It's as if you are the only two people in existence.

Ewan Mitchell

Ewan is a tease and he simply loves hugging you from behind. He'll slide his hands from your hips to wrap around your waist and pull you into his chest.

He'll probably also sneakily press a kiss to your temple, cheek, neck or shoulder as well.

Matt Smith

Matt just loves to hug you tightly, wrap his arms around your shoulders and whisper sweet nothings into your ear.

This man is a gem and he would just lightly rub your back and tell you he loves you and all that.

Joseph Morgan

It's almost as if the world would end if he were to let go of you. At least, that's what he'd make it feel like.

In public he usually will stick to more of a small hug or a side hug, but among close friends, family or just the two of you, he will hold you as if his life depended on it.

He'll just wrap his arms around you, put one hand in your neck or on the back of your head to keep you close and sink into you.

Daniel Gillies

Much like Joseph, Daniel likes to just hold you close, but what mostly differs them, is that Daniel is more of a tease and more sneaky.

While he'll have one hand on the back of your head, cradling your neck or somewhere on your back, his other hand will most definetely be on your ass. It's just a little thing he likes to do, remind himself that you were really his and he was the only one who could hold you like that.

Paul Wesley

No matter how much of a jokester or tease Paul normally was, he was not about your hugs.

He would take you into a big bear hug, his arms around your shoulders, and just squeeze you close, swaying from side to side.

Don't get me wrong, he likes the occasional tap on your butt, but he preferes your hugs to be something special. As an actor he has to do a lot of intimate things with other women, which is why, when it comes to you, he likes to show his affections through the simplicity of a good hug.

Ian Somerhalder

Ian is very protective of the people he loves, and it shows through in the way he hugs.

His arms will wrap around you and he'll rest his chin on top of your head, holding you close, but not too tightly.

He likes to just have you close, make sure that you know he's there and how much he loves you, and his hugs really show that.

Chris Wood

Chris isn't much of a hugger, apart from the occasional ones, he usually sticks to just putting his hand on your shoulder or on your hip.

What he is, is a cuddler.

Whenever one of you are sitting or laying around somewhere, he'll find an excuse to cuddle.

If he's sitting on the couch, he'll nod for you to come over with a cheeky grin and then just pull you into his side, let your arms wrap around him and stroke your back, or play with your hair.

If, let's say, you visit him on set and are seated in his chair, he'll simply pick you up, earning lots of giggles as he sits down with you in his lap, his arms around your waist.

Jensen Ackles

Jensen gives more of a classic type of hug. His arms wrapping around you before he moves his hand up to stroke through your hair and cradle the back of your head.

He would be a little stiff at first, but after every hug you notice him growing a little softer, more comfortable.

Jared Padalecki

I know the gif is with Jensen, but I felt like it best captured Jared.

This man is as goofy as goofy can be. Look it up in the dictionary, you'll find his name.

Jared would just wrap his arms around you, locking you in his embrace and lift you up, teasing you that you're so small (most people are small compared to him).

It's silly, but he knows that it always makes you laugh, and that's his goal.

Especially when either of you have a bad day, he knows his sillyness will cheer you up, as the sound of your laughter does that for him. It's his little way of showing you he cares and that he feels comfortable enough with you to be his goofy self.

Matthew Daddario

Matt is a simple, affectionate man.

He loves having you near, wrapping a casual arm around your shoulders.

His hugs would be different depending on the reason for the hug. If it's just a hug, he'll wrap an arm around your shoulders and pull you into his chest. If it's because either of you is upset about something, he'll slide his arms around your waist and draw you in like that and if it's out of happiness or excitement, he'll wrap his arms around your waist and give you a small spin.

Dominic Sherwood

Dominic is an affectionate man and he doesn't shy away from showing you how much he cares about you, even through little things such as hugs.

He'll put his arms around you and just give you a big, good hug, whether you're alone, with friends and family, or out in public, he doesn't care. He knows you're his (and he's yours) and he's not afraid to show it.

Dylan O'Brien

If there was any possible way to hug you tighter, he would.

He's silly and goofy most of the time, but he's also very much in touch with his emotions and a vulnarable man. He won't always say it, but your hugs are his favorite thing.

He especially loves it when you are the one to initiate the hug as to him it's a sign that you want him around and that you like holding him as much as he loves being held by him.

You'll put your arms under his shoulders and his arms would lock around you as he'd pepper the side of your face and your shoulder with kisses, all to convey his love for you and show how much he cares about you.

He likes to hug you from behind, let you know that even though you don't always see him, he loves you and he wants to hold you.

His arms would wrap around your shoulders and he'll press a kiss to your cheek before burying his face in your shoulder.

He especially loves it when you put your hand over his wrist and reach your other hand back to move through his hair as he finds the simple touch very comforting.

Random hugs are his favorite.

No reason behind it other than wanting to have you in his arms.

His arms wrapped around your waist, his chin on your shoulder. Short, but sweet.

As he would pull away, he'd give your ass a small tap or press a quick peck to your cheek.

Really, just short and sweet.

But also often.

VERY often.

If you come to visit him on set and they're looking for him, he'll most likely be off somewhere with you in his arms.

As stated before, Tom is a very affectionate person, so he will not miss up on the oppertunity to hug you.

When he comes back from filming, when you visit him or when you simply see each other again, he would practically tackle you in a hug.

His arms would wrap around your waist and being quite tall, he'd just pick you up in his arms, probably earning giggles and laughter.

Except when you're feeling down or having a bad day.

Then he'd wrap one arm around your waist and another around your shoulders, holding you close and hugging you tightly until you're feeling at least a little bit better.

TOP FAVORITE EPISODES OF "LOST" (2004-2010)

1. (2.07) "The Other 48 Days" - This episode depicted the first 48 days on the island for the Oceanic 815 Tail Section survivors and their travails with the island's inhabitants, the Others.

2. (4.12-4.14) "There's No Place Like Home" - In the season finale, the Oceanic 815 castaways deal with deal with mercenaries who had been pretending to rescue them. Later, five of the survivors and a baby, dubbed the Oceanic Six, find themselves closer to rescue after leaving the island.

3a. (5.06) "316" - Flashbacks reveal how the Oceanic Six survivors and former Others leader Ben Linus ended up back on the island after nearly three years. (TIE)

3b. (5.08) "LaFleur" - Now led by James "Sawyer" Ford following John Locke's departure the island, the remaining time traveling survivors find themselves in the 1970s, where they become members of the Dharma Initiative. (TIE)

The next morning, you awoke with possibly the worst headache you have ever had in your life. Light hurt your eyes, the side of your head was pounding, and it quite literally feels like someone bashed your head against a cement wall. This was awful, it felt like you could smell colors.

Not only did your head hurt beyond belief, your legs were shaky, your abdomen ached, and everything felt out of place. It was no doubt caused by the excessive events of last night that you had with Ewan, you felt so sore, but this was a different kind of sore. It's like he had literally broken your body.

"Goddamn you, Ewan...." You muttered to yourself in annoyed frustration as you forced yourself out of bed. Ewan wasn't in bed with you, but you heard commotion in the kitchen so you knew he was home. From what you could hear, he was doing the dishes that you didn't get to finish last night.

As you wobbled over to your the bathroom, you had your hand on your aching abdomen and held in whimpers. You walked over to the toilet, slipping your panties down before using it and you sighed in even further frustration when you saw that mother nature decided to leave you a gift this morning. Now you know why you weren't feeling your best yesterday.

"Wonderful.... Just wonderful...." When you thought things couldn't get any worse, you had started your period. Just what you needed right now.

You flushed the toilet, pulled your panties back up, then walked to the sink to try and wash the tiredness from your eyes. You still had leftover mascara on your cheeks from last night that you had to clean off. You resembled a sleep deprived panda.

You looked at your reflection and sighed. It's another day that you need to brave through, this is nothing new, but your body feels like it's in flames. Sometimes you wish you could just magically take your uterus and give it to a man for a few weeks.

You looked through your medicine cabinet in the bathroom for some pain killers but upon finding none, you sighed again and decided to head in the kitchen, despite your hesitation to. After heading in the bedroom to change your soiled garments, you took care of the bleeding then wobbled out to the kitchen where Ewan was busy in.

You rubbed your eyes as you walked over to the covers, helping yourself to an ice cold glass of water along with a couple of Advils. When Ewan saw you from the couch in the living room, he frowned slightly when he noticed you taking some pain killers.

"Good morning, baby.... Are you okay?" He slowly walked into the kitchen, keeping a comfortable distance from you as you downed the Advil.

"Super." You reply sarcastically, then sit down at the table in the kitchen, your elbow on the wood so your hand could support your head.

Ewan frowned again, then took a seat next to you, reaching out for your other hand to gently rub the back of it with his thumb. "What's up? Do you want to talk about it?"

"No." That was your simple, straightforward answer. Ewan was slightly taken aback by how miffed you sounded.

"Okay... okay, that's fine...." Ewan was very observant, so he knows you aren't feeling well. Then again, it didn't take a genius to see you weren't feeling like yourself today. "Can you at least tell me why you seem to look like you're in pain?"

"It's nothing.... I started my period." You sighed, then Ewan nodded in understanding and sympathy. He knows there was never anything he could do to stop your pain completely, but he was always there for you in any way he could be when you hit this time of the month.

"Ah, I see...." He took a closer look at you and he felt worried. You were resting your head in your hand and you were spacing out. It's almost like you're... sad.  "Baby?"

"Hm?" You respond, but didn't lose the staring contest you were having with the air.

"I um... are you hungry? Would you like some breakfast? I can make you something." You were quiet for a moment, but eventually nodded slowly.

"Yeah... yeah, I'll eat." As soon as you spoke, Ewan got up from his seat, but you stopped him. "I can do it." Even at your worst, you still like to do things for yourself. Your stubbornness was strong and while it can sometimes irritate Ewan, it's part of the reasons why he loves you so much.

"Well, okay... if you're so sure." Ewan sat back down and watched as you prepared your own breakfast. He watched as you grabbed bagels from the pantry, admiring each sway of your body as you moved gracefully, despite being in pain.

"Do we have cream cheese?" You ask as you set your bagels in the toaster.

"Of course we do. Why would I have gotten bagels without any cream cheese?" Ewan chuckled. He's clearly trying to lighten the mood with some banter.

"I don't know, I was just asking." You shrugged, then sat back down. You looked absolutely exhausted and it caused Ewan to frown sympathetically again.

"You must not be feeling well at all.... When was the last time you ate?" He's concerned. Deeply. He can't help it, seeing you in so much pain hurts him too.

"Yesterday morning...." He winced at that answer and his eyes widened a little.

"What?! You mean you didn't have dinner?" Well, you couldn't.... You were doing the dishes when he got home, then he lashed out at you for God knows why. You didn't have the time to eat.

"I didn't have time.... I was busy making sure the apartment was clean before you got home...." He didn't like the implication of those words at all.

"I see...." He was going to say something else, but the bagels popped out of the toaster. Again, he got up from his seat, but you stopped him.

"I said I can do it." You slowly rose from your seat and layered your bagels with the cream cheese. Ewan watched every single one of your movements, mostly to make sure you didn't hurt yourself.

You sat back down with your breakfast now on the table, and quietly took nibbles out of it. You were taking slow bites, they were barely even crumbs. Usually you'd destroy that bagel in one go, but today, you're eating like the sight of food makes you anxious.

"You're eating like a bird, honey.... You're barely even taking any bites." Ewan smiled and chuckled softly as he watched you eat. Your bites were almost shy.

"It's hard for me to eat right now...." And that was true. In all honesty, you were hungry, but the thought of food was making you nauseous.

"Then don't force yourself. You don't have to eat right now, that's okay." He caressed your hand again with his thumb, his touch and gesture very affectionate and gentle.

You didn't say anything and instead, pushed your bagel to the side. You wouldn't keep it down if you ate even half of that bagel, so why try? You didn't want to upset your stomach even further.

He noticed how sick you seemed to feel and he hated it. He wishes he could just kiss this problem away. "Would you like me to make you a cuppa?" He offered kindly, smiling to offer a level of comfort.

"...sure.... Sure, I'll have one...." Upon your agreement, he nodded, kissed the top of your head softly, then went to fix you a cup of warm tea.

"Okay, my love. Just sit there and I'll make it. Don't worry, I know how you like your tea." He rubbed your shoulders to offer even more warmth and comfort. He was doing all he could to help you.

Now you're being nice all of a sudden? You thought to yourself as you slowly turned your head to look at him and your eyes were almost like daggers. Ewan felt a little anxious when he saw your glare.

"What's wrong, baby?" He frowned and sounded really worried now.

"Nothing...." You shook your head and leaned back. You have about a million thoughts swimming through your head right now. Ewan knows that, but he decided to leave you alone and instead, went to make your tea.

After the kettle whistled, he poured the water in the cup of tea he had prepared for you. Cinnamon tea, brewed and steeped to perfection. He added a little bit of milk, sipping the tea to make sure it wasn't too sweet, but just sweet enough. When he felt satisfied with the flavor, he turned around and set the cup down on the table for you to enjoy.

"There you go. Cinnamon tea helps with stomach cramps and inflammation. It'll soothe you." He smiled sweetly, then took your hand to kiss the back of it.

"Thank you, Doctor Mitchell." Ewan laughed softly at your little quip, watching as you took small sips of the tea he had made for you.

"You are very welcome, my beautiful, angelic patient." The way he was looking at you right now.... His eyes were full of so much love and affection. His blue eyes were soft and soothing, like the gorgeous waves on a beach that comfort you with nothing but the sight and sound alone. That loving spark that he had lacked last night.... It was suddenly back. You set your cup of tea down slowly and hung your head.

Ewan saw this, then gently cupped your cheek in his warm hand and caressed your skin with his thumb, concerned as he could see how down you suddenly looked.

"Baby...?" He spoke softly, and your words came out faster than you could think to say them.

"Are you mad at me...?" Your head was hung and you were fiddling with your fingernails. You tend to do that when you're anxious, he picked up on that a long time ago.

Ewan was completely stunned at your question. "What? No? Why would I be mad, baby?"

"....I don't know...." Something was deeply bothering you. Ewan wouldn't let you feel so worried and sad like this, he had to help. If he doesn't, this will eat away at him.

"Hey... look at me." You slowly looked back up at him, his soft eyes meeting yours. "You're anxious.... Why? Why do you think I'm mad?"

You have no idea how you're going to make it through this without crying, but you'll try. "What do you mean? Yesterday after you got home?"

"Yeah? What about it?" Now it's your turn to be completely bewildered.

"What?" You looked at him like he just sprouted a second head. "What do you mean 'what about it?'?! You were livid! You came home with an attitude I never knew you could have.... Y-you... you were yelling at me for things that left me feeling so confused.... You said things, hurtful things...."

Ewan was just as confused as you were. He recalled being a bit pissed last night, that's why he feels the need to be so caring with you today, but he does not remember yelling at you so much or even saying things that might've hurt you. All of that is a blur. "I-I did?"

"Yes! Y-you yelled at me for not washing one of your jackets that you need for Tuesday... do you remember that?"

"I um... slightly...." Slightly? What does he mean slightly?

"What about how rough you had gotten with me...? Do you remember that...?" Ewan just looked at you with his head tilted. It's as if he truly doesn't know what you're talking about.

"...Ewan, you got so angry.... Y-you were so mean, so stern.... I have never seen you behave that kind of way with me before...." You're tearing up now. It's hard not to.

"Woah, woah! H-hey!" Ewan's eyes widened when he saw you were beginning to get emotional. He cupped your face in both his hands and gently caressed your face with his thumbs. "Please don't cry...."

"Why were you so angry last night? Tell me, I need to know!" Your voice wavered and a few tears made their way down your flushed cheeks. He felt terrible.

"Okay, okay, shh.... In truth, I hardly remember what happened last night. I do remember being pissed off and having a go at you, but I don't remember being so mean.... At least, not as mean as you say...." He let go of your head for a moment and slumped his shoulders. He felt guilty, very guilty.

"Why don't you remember?" You sniffled and wiped your eyes with your hands.

"It's just... something happened at the event I went to that pissed me off, that's all. I guess I took some bottled frustrations with me when I came home last night."

"What happened, though? What pissed you off?" You managed to keep your emotions under control. You just want to understand what made him so mad, that's all.

Ewan sighed as he began to explain. "Well, first of all, I was late to the event and that wasn't fun. Being late meant I had to rush through a swarm of paparazzi."

"I thought you didn't mind paparazzi?"

"I don't, well, not when they behave like people. When they start screaming orders and demands at your face and get physical after you deny them some photos, things get a little ugly." He ran a hand through his hair. Just thinking about it is making him frustrated again.

"Anyways, after the harassment from the paparazzi, I kept getting questions about my private life. You know, our relationship.... You know how I am, people don't need to know these things." You know exactly how he is. He's a private man, one who keeps his life to himself and rarely shares with others. It's admirable, really.

"Yeah... go on...."

"The questions wouldn't stop. One reporter after the other it was 'who are you dating! who is the lucky girl?' 'are you ready for marriage!' and that shit was pissing me off. I came there to talk about my job, not who I'm sleeping with goddamnit- sorry.... I'm getting mad again." He took a deep breath to calm himself down. You understand completely, these questions can get annoying for anyone.

"It's okay.... You continue however you want." Ewan smiled at your understanding. That's what you are, understanding. Sometimes to a fault, he feels like.

"Well, after all the interviews I had to do, the press was over and we had the after party which was at a bar. If I was going to answer anymore irrelevant questions, I'd do so drunk so I wouldn't have to be in my right mind.... I think you can put two and two together."

"Wait.... You were drunk last night?" Ewan shook his head.

"No, not drunk, just very... well, I was inebriated.... Couldn't walk in a straight line...." He chuckled shyly. He felt a bit embarrassed to admit that.

"So... drunk?"

"Tipsy, love. I was a bit tipsy." He sighed again. He was frustrated. Not with you, but with himself. "When I came home last night, I wasn't feeling like myself. I was still angry at all those questions, plus I had alcohol in my system."

"That still doesn't explain your anger.... You aren't the violent type when drunk...." You paused for a minute, then almost laughed. "You're actually a teddy bear when you're drunk."

Ewan chuckled when you compared him to a teddy bear. It was accurate, he had to admit. "Well, I'm glad you think so.... And you're right, I'm typically nothing but cuddles when I'm drunk... and when I'm sober, I suppose...."

"Yup, that's you.... So then why the anger? Where did that come from?"

"A long day at a function I didn't even want to attend.... You know I'm not all that thrilled at parties, not unless you're there with me." You smiled a little at that. He is more of a wallflower. It's one of the reasons why you love him so much.

"So, to put it short, you had a bad day at work and came home to take your anger out on me." Ewan frowned, but had to agree that it's basically what happened.

"Well... yeah...." He rubbed the back of his neck awkwardly. "I'm so sorry.... Come here...." He invited you into his arms for a hug. You took it, of course you did. His hugs felt like a warm bond fire.

He pulled you closer so you'd be sitting on his lap, then kissed the top of your head. He just let you rest your head on his shoulder for a moment and rubbed your back to soothe you as best as he could.

After a moment of calm silence, he spoke up again. "I didn't... hurt you did I? Apart from possible hurt feelings, I mean.... Did I lay a hand on you?"

You answered immediately. "No.... No you didn't hurt me like that... well, you beat my ass, but other than that, no."

"Wait... what do you mean?" He was concerned. The way you worded that raised his anxiety.

"Not figuratively speaking, literally speaking. You put me on all fours and spanked my ass...." You blushed in slight embarrassment and Ewan sighed with relief. He chuckled when he heard your explanation.

"Oh.... See, I was sober enough to remember that bit...."

"You mean you weren't drunk when you decided to slap me with your belt?!" Ewan laughed and hugged you tighter, almost as if to apologize.

"I'm sorry." He chuckled apologetically, but you know he isn't all that sorry.

"You naughty fiend...." Ewan was glad you could at least joke about it with him. He was afraid you would be traumatized.

"I mean, you choked me a little when you fucked the shit out of me, but that's it. Other than that, I'm fine." He was glad to know that he didn't hurt you, but he still felt concerned about how achey you must feel after last night.

"About that.... Are you okay? I'll admit, I was sober enough to remember the sex and I wasn't all that gentle.... How bad is the pain?"

"Well, apart from my bruised and sore ass from that spanking, I feel terrible cramps from my period.... Plus, I think my cervix might actually be bruised, you big dicked fucker." Ewan laughed at your playful insult. He knew he probably shouldn't have, but he couldn't help it, you're too funny.

"I'm so sorry you're sore and bruised.... I'll never be rough like that with you again."

You immediately protested. "Now, now.... I never said I didn't want rough treatment ever again.... I felt great last night, I really did.... I just don't want rough sex to feel like hate sex.... Get it?"

He smiled when you explained the difference. He also couldn't help but chuckle softly at how you immediately protested to his statement that he wouldn't fuck you so hard ever again. He knew you liked it, but he didn't know you practically loved it.

"Affirmative.... I get what you're saying. I'll still continue to be rough with you if you consent to it, but I promise to give the best aftercare immediately after. Deal?"

"Deal." You nodded and smiled as you nuzzled into his the crook of his neck.

Ewan laughed at your skepticism. He found it to be very endearing and adorable, he could just eat you like a pie if you'd let him. "Because I'm gonna whip you with my belt until you bleed...." He paused for dramatic effect, then continued. "Just kidding, turn around." You knew he was shitting you when he said the word "bleed". He's not that sadistic, if he's even sadistic at all.

You rolled your eyes at his quip, but you turned around and went on your belly regardless. All you could really do was either wait, or guess what he was going to do. Why would he put you on your belly....

"Are you comfortable?" When he saw you nod, he smiled, then began to gently caress your ass where he had roughly spanked the previous night. "Does this hurt?"

Amorim's United: Who makes the cut?

With United having suffered five defeats in December alone, and conceded 9 goals in the last 3 games - all notably without De Ligt due to illness - there's some big cracks visible in the United squad.

This prompts me to pose the question: who, in this current United squad, makes the cut. Below I'll break out into five categories:

United have ELEVEN players who need to be moved on. This isn't necessarily because they haven't pulled their weight and performed, but there's an issue with them being in the squad and that needs addressing.

Jonny Evans - A veteran player who I'd love to see stick around as a coach, but the reality is he's ageing and was a surprise signing under Erik Ten Hag. He has been useful at times but he's slowing, and a third season should not be a thing. Maybe an U21s player/coach at most.

Casemiro - Good player, especially with Ugarte now to partner him in CM, but he's on a huge wage and it seems like either INEOS don't want that bill or Amorim doesn't really rate him. Either way, time to part ways.

Harry Maguire - The former captain has had something of a renaissance under Ruben Amorim in the back 3, which reduces his ball-playing duties and allows him to showcase his better traits. That said, he's not first choice ahead of De Ligt, and with INEOS tightening up on contracts... he might decide it's time to move on and bag one last big deal to be a guaranteed starter.

Victor Lindelöf - A good bloke, a defender I like, but he has always been lightweight and doesn't suit Amorim's defence. Like Maguire, his contract is running out so it's time to say thanks and best wishes.

Altay Bayindir - He wasn't especially rated before we signed him as our backup keeper, and he hasn't done anything to impress since signing. I'd rather promote from the academy to be understudy.

Marcus Rashford - This one hurts. There's rumours about drink and gambling, but how much of that is exaggeration of a black man's socialising? Who knows. Either way, we can say that Rashy has looked unhappy at United for a while, and the rumours of INEOS wanting to sell him, his chat with Henry Winter about being ready for a new challenge, and hints from Amorim about him not being up-to-scratch and thus not in the match squads... it feels like game over for United x Marcus. A real shame, but he's on huge wages that are not consistent with his output. He's no Mo Salah. That's not on him - you get offered big money, you take it, but it's poor from the Glazers and former management to "retain" him on such money and to bring that pressure.

Christian Eriksen - Like Juan Mata, Eriksen is an incredibly talented and intelligent player, but he just does not have the legs to do more than the offensive work for the team, and that's not viable in this rebuild. In an established team, you can handle 1-2 players like that, but United are not established. We're an expensive, clumsily assembled squad. A return to Brentford would be a fun move to see - let him be that attacking mid playmaker for another 2 seasons and then go wind down in Sweden or Denmark.

Luke Shaw - A talented defender no doubt, and a LB/LWB that would suit Amorim's system well, but the best ability is availability and Shaw is out more than he's in. His decision to go play for England in the summer was admirable for England fans but dire for United fans - setting his fitness/recovery back by months after struggling through at the end of the Euros. We pay his wages, and he disrespected that, and sale is the punishment.

Mason Mount - I like him, but he's also an injury failure like Luke Shaw. It's a crying shame, because his pressing style is perfect for an Amorim 10 and a bit of form/rhythm would get the goals + assists out of him, but he can't do it. His last full 90 was before Inter Miami was launched ffs. Thanks but goodbye.

Tyrell Malacia - Back from injury, Malacia is slowly working back to fitness. He did well vs Saka and Arsenal but has been poor aside. Form and match fitness take time, so maybe he'll come good, but at best I feel Malacia is a back up LWB to somebody, and given we have Amass coming through and Diego Leon getting signed… it feels like the end of the road and back to the Eredivisie.

Antony - A left footed right-winger that doesn't beat his man and offers very little goal threat, crossing, or set piece talent. He moves and grafts, but that's the bare minimum, and he cost an absolute fortune (not his fault). Cut our losses and move him on, because Pellistri would do more and our academy kids will do more.

MONITOR

To add insult to injury, there are SEVEN players who are on the watch list for Amorim and his coaches, due to failing to meet the required standards of quality or consistency.

Andre Onana - Last season he was iffy, especially in the Champions League. This season, Onana started well but has recently began shitting the bed. Conceding two direct corners in the space of a week is vile. Here's hoping it's a blip and he returns to form, but if it's not... that's two wonky seasons and sale worthy.

Diogo Dalot - The RB/RWB should suit Amorim's formation to a tee. He hasn't played at RWB enough, helping deputise at LWB, but wherever he has played he has been poor. Maybe a run of games at RWB would fix this, but that's why he's monitored not sold. A hard worker, but not that smart, Dalot might be a future sale once United are tidied up a bit.

Lissandro Martinez - I like The Butcher, but this season he has been sub-par. Maybe a back three doesn't suit him, but the LCB seems to be ideal for his left foot and ball-playing, so I think it's just a poor spell of form. He needs to stop losing his markers and all should be well.

Bruno Fernandes - He's not Captain Fantastic (god I'd love Robbo in this team) but he has a lot to offer. The problem is we're not seeing it. We're missing the goals and instead getting treated to silly bookings (three reds this season already). Bruno needs to lead by example or he'll be made to leave as an example.

Joshua Zirkzee - He's new, and evidently a clever, technical player, but he seems languid and has delivered... nothing, so far. We need more goals or assists in the second half of the season, else next season is make-or-break for him.

Toby Collyer - The youngster is on the fringes of the first team, and making many matchday squads. I wonder if he'll get game time, so it's hard to judge his readiness just yet as he isn't playing. Toby's at the point of play or sell though come the end of next season.

Harry Amass - A talent we robbed from Watford's academy and we teased in the pre-season. Offensively lovely, defensively flawed, but an ideal LWB. I think he's ready to be tried, but it's unclear if Amorim sees anything there yet.

KEEP

Thankfully we have some people to keep.

Kobbie Mainoo - Kid's mint, even if his form at the moment is meh. This is where squad depth should allow him to be benched.

Manuel Ugarte - YES LAD. Proper bruising midfield destroyer, god bless.

Matthijs De Ligt - My captain. I'd move it to him from Bruno next summer. He's not world class but he's very good.

Noussair Mazraoui - This guy might be world class, but his form has just tailed off. Hopefully it's a blip like the others, but still, he's reliable even on a bad day.

Rasmus Hojlund - Not first-choice quality, yet, but certainly one for the future so he should stay. It's not his fault we couldn't get Kane.

Alejandro Garnacho - Same. Decision making is poor but he's good.

Amad Diallo - Boy Wonder. Love this kid and i'm so glad he's finally getting his just rewards. A bit of a dip - like so many - of late but otherwise he has been very impressive this season.

Leny Yoro - Back from injury and looking alright, the kid has a high ceiling to his play. A few mistakes in there at the moment, but Rio had that at his age too. Playtime will iron out the kinks.

Tom Heaton - Third choice keeper, academy graduate, reliable dude. No point in shifting on people with the United mentality and the right attitude. Maybe a player/coach setup in the U21s, and bump Dermot Mee to no2 keeper.

PROMOTE

Only two obvious ones here: Dan Gore and Godwill Kukonki.

The latter is a tall, strong, technically proficient LB/LCB which is flexibility that has evidently pleased Ruben Amorim.

Dan Gore at CM flirted with the first team previously under Ole and ETH but injury set him back. Now he's back at it for the U21s and looking sharp, and his box-to-box style will allow him to play in that midfield pairing. He has a bit of Keano bite in him as well as a knack for shooting from distance and good passing range. I'd even go so far to try him alongside Ugarte as soon as possible, to let Mainoo rest and shape up.

BUY OR LOAN

United under Amorim are struggling at both wing back positions and in the front three.

Diego León (Cerro Porteño) - The 17 year old has reportedly agreed a pre-contract with United ahead of signing officially for a small fee next summer. He's strong, fast, and reportedly good technically, but he's a kid and an unknown. That said, this seems a done deal, so I think he's going to be our backup LWB and moulded in the image of Amorim.

Tyler Dibling (Southampton) - Another teenager, the 18 year old is in his breakthrough season and looks electric up and down the right wing. He's good on the ball, he's not afraid to be in possession, and he offers valuable width. He'd very much suit the RWB position and could form a lovely dovetail partnership with Amad in the right 10 and play swapsies positionally to lose markers. Mmmm, tasty.

Evan Ferguson (Brighton) - The Irish CF is a class player and a proper leading man, but he is injury prone. Brighton are losing patience, and United are desperate for goals. The lad's a United fan, so it could be a good trial to earn a summer transfer.

Matheus Cunha (Wolves) - I told friends that today is the game that sealed his move to United. He's himself liked comments linking us with him on Instagram, and to be honest... I like him. I think he offers us similar quality on the ball to Amad Diallo and that dazzle and guile is something we need to inspire the team and give confidence. His pace and agility makes him a mean goal threat, and we greatly lack that. He'll be 26 next spring too, so he's entering his prime and this would be a perfect time for a big move.

Milos Kerkez (Bournemouth) - LWB is a flawed position for us, and Kerkez (also rumoured a United fan) is playing well for Bournemouth and would solve a lot of our issues there. With Terminator-level stamina, strong marking, and very competent passing... to me this is a no-brainer signing.

Patrick Dorgu (Lecce) - The one thing stopping Kerkez being the definitive LWB rumour for United. Dorgu the Dane is a starlet at Lecce in Serie A and has shown great potential. He's a big specimen and boasts strong ball carrying and technical skills. He can play LWB, RWB and LCB, but my only concern is a lack of assists. Versatility is nice but we also need end product, which is where I'd punt for Kerkez, but we'll see.

Alvaro Fernandez (Benfica) - We have a buyback on our former academy player, but I wouldn't blame him for not wanting to come back after our disrespect. A talented prospect, Alvaro excelled in the very physical Championship, picking up accolades along the way, and yet United didn't see him as a worthwhile prospect versus the injured Luke Shaw and unproven/then injured Tyrell Malacia. Wild. He's good on the ball, pacey, has good crossing, and isn't afraid to tackle. There might be better players, but he's still rather good and has a long way to go until his ceiling.

Jeremie Frimpong (Bayer Leverkusen) - The ideal RWB choice with all the pace, crossing, finishing you could want... but probably not likely. Rumour has it he is a United fan, but why would a player of his calibre join a shitshow like us, especially if we don't make Europe? Fandom only goes so far.

Éderson (Atalanta) - The CM is very likely to move next summer thanks to the amazing season he, and his team, are having in Serie A and Europe. Statman Dave and Ste Howson have both picked the lad out as an ideal acquisition to partner Ugarte thanks to his rounded game of passing, pitch coverage, strength in duels, and creativity. This would be a perfect signing for Dan Gore to understudy.

Angel Gomes (Lille) - The former United academy CM was and is hugely technically proficient and his performances in France recently earned him a call-up to the England squad. He'll be 25 in the summer when he's out of contract (we do like freebies) and could prove a useful squad player in that sitting CM role, dictating the play.

Jonathan David (Lille) - Another one from Lille available on a free, David is a Canadian international with a similar fast, agile style to Rashford, Martial, and Garnacho. I'm unsure if he'd work in the Premier League, but again, free is a good price and could be a safe punt for a season or two for squad depth.

Tyrick Mitchell (Crystal Palace) - Mitchell is on the cusp of an England call-up and will be 26 shortly after the start of next season. A good age, Mitchell offers decent attacking prowess and solid defensive skills. He could prove a good foil for a more offensive RWB choice like Dibling, to avoid United being too gung-ho. Rumour has it he's available on a free as well, but I wouldn't be surprised if there's a cheeky +1 on his contract to bag a few quid.

Dominic Calvert-Lewin (Everton) - The final freebie on the list, DCL has had his injury issues but is still evidently a top PL striker stuck in a meh team. Come and join a different disappointing north-west side, kid. He's a good leading man, scores good goals, has the proper movement in the box and all the right instincts. He's solid in the air and on the ground and wouldn't be losing duels like Hojlund - an ideal tutor for the young lad.

One that's getting added here but is NOT someone I want to add into the mix is Victor Osimhen. A very talented striker that would rip the Premier League a new arsehole, for sure, but he's on a HUGE bag of wages. Losing Marcus and Case would help fund that with some change spare, but then with Rasmus and Zirkzee and kids in the academy... is he the right signing? If he flops he's hard to move on... a nice choice but personally no. Let him go to Chelsea and win them the league. Upset Pep next season as Liverpool are this time, and keep denying Arsenal and Arteta lol.

Time to wrap up then. My must-buy four for the summer are:

Kerkez to solve LWB

Cunha to be a starting 10

Ederson, to start ahead of Mainoo in the CM pairing

Dibling at RWB

How much will the above cost? Probably around £150-160 million. It's not a cheap summer transfer window, but it's necessary repair work. The big challenge for Jason Wilcox and Omar Berrada is to get people out the door and to get money for them. The more we can sell our dross for, the greater the chance of bagging these improvements, especially if we miss out on European football which is... likely. Fuck.

United's biggest flaw is a lack of goals. If we can solidify CM and solve the wing-back positions then we can guarantee the patterns of play to create more chances and build the strikers' confidence. Cunha and Amad flanking A striker... I'm already salivating.

How you kiss

Jonah Hauer-King

Jonah is a pretty private person and can easily be flustered, so he won't be one to show a lot of PDA in public. He will occasionally press a kiss to your cheek, temple or on top of your head, but it is only in private when he will actually really kiss you. He'll just look at you, his eyes flicking between your eyes and lips and he'll playfully brush his nose over yours, letting you be the one to actually connect your lips.

While he will not really kiss you in public, he will more than make up for it when you two are together. He'll take any chance he can to coax you into giving him a kiss and proceed to teasingly pepper your lips with small kisses before ending up giving you a good, deep kiss.

Tom Glynn-Carney

Tom is a tease and you cannot convince me otherwise. He would not be big on PDA, but not against it either. He'll just lean in and brush his lips on yours, waiting for you to kiss back before really deepening the kiss. And sometimes, even though you kiss back, he'd just pull back with a smirk, enjoying the flustered look on your face when he teases you.

His kisses are either very sweet and soft or hot and passionate and there is no inbetween.

Ewan Mitchell

Ewan is a private person, but if you were dating for a while he definitely wouldn't mind showing the world you were his. While not going overboard when in public, if you'd find a quiet little place, he would slip his arm around your waist and kiss you.

I think everyone can agree that Ewan is a pretty good flirt and quite a tease. When you're alone together he wouldn't mind teasing you and just keep peppering you with kisses all over your face before surprising you with a deep kiss on the lips.

Matt Smith

Matt is the kind of man who knows how to use the combination of sweet and passionate. When you two are alone, he will sometimes just cup your face in his hands and kiss you to show how much he loves you.

Even in public, he will just kiss you if he feels like it.

And when you pull away, he would just look at you, smiling, as if he can't believe how lucky he got to have you.

Joseph Morgan

Joseph is not someone who kisses often, but when he does, you just know he means it. It's soft and slow and you can actually just feel the love that goes into it.

He will hold you close, cup your cheek and brush his thumb along your bottom lip before pressing a featherlight kiss over your lips that will have you feel woozy for days. He'll then gently pull you in closer, his hands resting gently on your hips, and continue exchanging soft kisses. Every one of which as if it were the first.

Daniel is a tease. Let's not pretend like this man is not an absolute menace.

He'll steal a few kisses and sometimes pretend to go in for a kiss, only to kiss your cheek instead. Then, when he's had enough of his teasing, he'll pull you in and gently grab your jaw, holding your head in place as he gives you a proper kiss.
